The vizrm onboarding package is a fixed price professional service package that includes the preparation, planning, scheduling and execution of the following services

Administrator Orientation Call

45-minute web-meeting (via Google Meet or your preferred tool) to kick-off the onboarding, set targets & plan the user onboarding sessions. Further train administrators and support the setup.

Introduction training for admins

  • Administration / backend capabilities

  • User management 

  • Contract & subscription management

Setup support for

  • CRM integration

  • Setup of users / user accounts

  • Company wide default settings

End-user onboarding sessions

Up to 3 role-based sessions (e.g. AEs / AMs, BDRs/SDRs, CS, etc). Each a 30-minute web conference delivered via Google Meet or your preferred tool.

Role-Based Introduction training for users

  • Accessing vizrm

  • General navigation & UI

  • Creating & editing org-charts

  • Managing deals

  • Planning & executing tasks / activities

  • User-specific configurations

Setup support for

  • Account access

  • User preferences

Go-Live Hyper-Care

Up to 4 sessions à 15 minutes over the duration of up to 8 weeks after the Administrator Orientation Call.

  • Review user activity and onboarding performance with administrators

  • Answer any end-user questions & re-training

  • General trouble shooting
