We’ve introduced a new Quick View in vizrm called “Done activities since…” that highlights contacts based on recent CRM activity. Instantly see who’s been contacted — and who hasn’t — using a simple red/green heatmap on your org charts.

What Changed With This Release

We’ve shipped a new Quick View in vizrm to help you instantly spot follow-up gaps in your accounts.

With “Done activities since…”, you can now color your org charts based on how recently contacts were engaged:

• Choose a preset time range (30, 90, or 180 days)

• Or define a custom range (up to 365 days)

• Contacts with at least one closed CRM activity in that period are shown in green

• Everyone else is highlighted in red

This makes it easy to answer one simple but critical question at a glance:
Who hasn’t been contacted recently?

The new Quick View is available now in the vizrm web app under Quick Views → Done activities since….
